I knew what I wanted and the sales associate brought up what I’d purchased in the past and brought the exact item I wanted.

The two ladies at Pandora who helped my sister and me were absolutely incredible. I forgot their names and I lost where it was written down but I 100% think it would be worth it to figure out who was working during my visit and commend them. They were outgoing, knowledgeable, kind, and exceeded normal expectations for the job.

I went to the Mebane, NC location and Lindsey greeted us warmly and offered her help as soon as we entered. She patiently assisted my teenaged daughter and I as we shopped, made appropriate suggestions, and happily brought out tray after tray without rushing us. I’d only planned to purchase 1-2 charms but I ended up buying 4 because of the wonderful customer service and Lindsey’s creative perspective on charms that I might like based on what I shared as my bracelet “theme”. My shopping experience was a 10 out of 10!

The sales clerk was attentive, and was able to answer all my questions about product lines. She pointed me to the items that were on sale. The store was friendly and inviting.

The sales associate knew the products and very attentive to our needs.

The staff is amazing and took time to show me all different charms that might go with my theme. I was greeted we a smile immediately upon entering the store. Very patient with their customer and you feel like they actually care. That is a hidden treasure.

It was my first time in Pandora and they help me out.They made sure I picked out the right ring. They were so sweet a nice.I’ll definitely will be purchasing again!!

The quality of jewelry is excellent. The sales associates were all very nice. The price of the merchandise is very reasonable. I love Pandora!
