The associate was very nice and friendly. She was knowledgeable. If not mistaken her name was Amber. Really nice person.

Cheyenne was super polite and actually showed us merchandise. When I go to the Friendly location they pretty much let you look and pick. The store seems a lot cleaner here as well. Cheyenne showed us how to keep the charms from sliding around so I purchased extra pieces for my daughters.

Danielle NO. 202063 was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! She displayed professionalism and courtesy throughout our shipping experience. She was knowledgeable and also great at the selection choices and made sure that we got exactly what we were looking for.
