I was for the most part highly satisfied because I went in with a problem with my bracelet. The lady listen to my worries about what was going on with it and took a look. She was very honest with me and told me what I needed to know. She was going to try to replace it because it was under the warranty but they did not have it in the store. She was very helpful in trying to look it up and try to tell me where I possibly get a replacement or some further help with it.

I was greeted by a sales associate from the back of the store, immediately. I was encouraged to take my time and given many selections to choose from. I recently began collecting the charms again and they had one of the charms I thought I wouldn't get. I love the charms that move or open and they had one I wasn't aware of. I enjoyed my visit.

I wish I knew her name, I came in looking to add to my bracelet and ended up filling it up. The young lady was so sweet, kind, caring and very knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I wanted. She took her time with me and no rush. I wish their were more like her! Thank you young lady at the outlets in Mebane
