The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable about the products . She even shared her bracelet choices (charms) with me and explained why she choice those. I only had plans to purchase the black panther charm, however she informed me about the buy two get and free. Superior service goes a long way with me. Thank you.

Courteous associate

I went into the store looking for a necklace, but decided I did not want to spend that much money right now on a necklace. The associate helping me was so nice, she showed me necklaces and was fine when I changed my mind. She showed me charms until I found one I liked. I actually bought a charm instead of a necklace and it was a great experience.
