The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to get my mom a gift for a person that have arthritis.

The overall knowledge of our sales associate was impressive. The store was clean and they practice social distance. The wait outside the store was not long and we felt that our safety was taken into consideration.

I was visiting out of town.. only allowed a minimal amt of people in store. Easily waited on. I knew what I wanted so purchase and time spent in store was easy, quick. The associate was great!

This store was clean, customer service was wonderful (just a bit busy and the lady didn’t seem to know how to take care of two customers at once, so i ended up waiting for awhile, and she even helped a lady who should’ve been after me, before me) but her overall service, knowledge of the jewelry, and suggestions were amazing! i will be returning and recommending Mebane Pandora store.

I love the associates energy they were so sweet and kind. They were very informative about all the charms and bracelet selections that they have . Also informed me about more things that have been coming out an online services that capsule help me if i couldn’t find it in the stores.

It was quick and easy transaction. Cashier was nice and when asked a question she answered politely and not rude. Overall store was very clean and everyone remained 6 feet apart.

Everything was easy, from shopping, delivery and exchange. The store has a Wonderful selection of items and I’m definitely going back. I’ve loved everything about this experience.

My Daughter and I were making a purchase for my granddaughter and the associate ( Michaela )that helped us was so customer friendly and knowledgeable of the product she was saying. She was amazing and made our visit so pleasant. Good Job !!
