They had when I was looking for. They were patient while I was searching And there was no line to check out

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store, Kolby was very attentive and she was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She also made me feel like I was the only customer in the store with the attention she gave me. The store was clean and very well stocked.

My salesperson Katherine was very nice and efficient. She explained cost and helped me select my desired charms and assisted me with engraving selections. She was great and helpful.

Overall, the product itself is great! However, there was a lack of inventory for the reflection charms, and it was disheartening. I'd received my reflections bracelets back during the summer after wanting one for years. I received an incentive at work and I was looking to get some charms as part of my celebration to myself.

I was greeted by a wonderful spirited sales person named Pamela, she was bery knowledgable with Pandora’jewelry, I’ve always wanted a Pandora bracelet and is very happy with my selection

It was the purchase I wanted for my gift and Donna was very helpful and very nice.

The sales associate was friendly and down to earth. She actually convinced me to buy more than I anticipated but she was knowledgeable and offered me accessories with my purchase. I would def buy from this store again!
