With COVID 19 going on the customer service was excellent.I had to wait but it was worth it.The sales associate did a wonderful job sanitizing after each person.They where very friendly and knew the merchandise well.This was my first time shopping there and I will shop there again soon.

Item I was looking for was discontinued without my knowledge. Sales associate Kat at the Crabtree Valley Mall location in Raleigh, NC was EXTREMELY helpful in finding what I needed at other stores in other states. She was able to facilitate the sale over the phone and had what I was looking for shipped to my home. I consider this service over and above expectations and am very grateful.
