It took awhile for the manager to ask for some assistance from another associate because she was helping someone else. The associate who helped me was very nice

My sales associate, Larisa, went above and beyond to assist me with her customer service. The “Well Done” trophy charm wasn’t available in store at the time, so she called couple of stores to order it for me. I believe she knew how much I desired this soon to be “Last Chance” item. I truly appreciate her genuine customer service, charming personality and welcoming attitude. Kudos to Larisa! I picked up my charm on the date Larisa provided and I absolutely love my charm ❤️!
