I was highly satisfied with the experience because of the customer service and the cleanliness of the store.

The in-line/outside wait moved quickly and as I entered the store, I was greeted immediately. The sales associate was most patient and knowledgeable.

The associate were friendly. She explained the promotion deal. The store were not overly crowded so I had her attention at all times. The check out was fast.

The lady who helped my dad and I was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It was my dads first time there and she gave him several different ideas for a charm for the bracelet I bought her last year. She was absolutely amazing!

Going shopping during the holidays you are always faced with delays, however the staff handle it well & I still felt like she took her time and made sure we were confident with our purchase.
