The store associates helped me so much as soon as I walked in. This was my first time in pandora and first time getting a bracelet. It was very overwhelming but with their help they made it a breeze

I was greeted as expected upon entering the store, but from that point forward Diana provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable of the product and helped me identify other items I may wish to purchase. I would definitely come back to see Diana.

The only thing I should mention is that although this was an outlet store. The associates didnt tell me the items I bought were final sale. I only found out when the clerk wrote this on my receipt. But she never mentioned this to me. I’m not happy about this.
