Always have a great experience when I go to the Pandora store.

Diana was very helpful and knowledgable about all the charms. We drove over an hour and half to look at some beads that we could not find around home and she went out of her way to help us and make sure we found what we needed. Everyone at the store was very helpful and so nice.

The customer service and friendliness of the staff.I was disappointed the charm I was hoping to purchase was no longer available.

Great setvice

Elsy is the associate who I worked with. I called ahead and made an appointment with her. When I came in she was with a guest and I was perfectly fine waiting because it gave me a chance to explore the store to see the newest collections since my last trip. While I waited, the associate there (I can't remember her name, but she had long black hair and use to work at the Jared Vault beside this location) checked in to see if I was doing okay and if I would like to try on anything or have any questions while I waited. The staff here is beyond friendly and while they are helping other guest, they give the best customer service to each customer. One thing that really stood out was if they were out of stock in my size or an item I had in mind, Elsy would see if she could have one transferred in for me. I have told all of my coworkers about Elsy and the team there and can not wait to go back for my next shopping trip at the end of this month!
