Employees were helpful. They were knowledgeable about the product. Offered good alternate suggestions when what I was specifically shopping for was not available.

First time in the Mebane, NC location. and Michaela was very friendly showed me different items that was available. I was looking for a ring for a friend and she found it for me. I will refer the friend to her. Ended up buying a ring for myself. Didn't have the correct size but I brought it anyway.

I came to this store early on black Friday and the sales staff was awesome considering they had been working through the night. The staff was very friendly. Jhamiya was my sales associate and she took the time to explain the differences in the Pandora bracelets as I had never bought one before. They exceed my expectation and I will definitely shop at this store again. I had a great first time experience at Pandora.
