The sales associate, Elsy, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of Pandora product. She not only assisted me with my exchange, but listened to a concern I had about charms on my bangle. She took the time to show me an open bangle by putting my charms on it which for these particular charms is a much better bangle/bracelet to put them on.

The associate Taquilla was very open and helped me to find the green I was looking for.

Sales Associate helped my indecisive daughter with making a perfect match of stackable rings. She helped us until my daughter made the “wow” face with the rings on her finger. I was kind of taken away by the patience and friendliness of the associate. She paired rings together that we wouldn’t have thought to do and advised us of other color options that weren’t on display. Loved the outlet prices also. Got a ring that I have wanted for years at a great price!
