The sales associates were very helpful and were great at giving me suggestions. I went in for charms only and had no idea what I wanted. They asked questions and I ended up with all sparkly charms for my bangle. I love it thanks so much.

Since the store was new at Tanger Outlet I was just curious and went in just to look around. I wasn't planning on making a purchase that day. All the salesclerks were extremely friendly and very attentive to everyone around. I told the salesclerk I just came to look around which she told me to enjoy and let her know if I had any questions. I leisurely walked around more than once to look at the merchandise with my husband. The salesclerk stopped back to see how I was doing. She asked me if I had been to a Pandora outlet before? I told her I had not. She started telling me about the store differences like retired pieces. We started talking about what collections I had. Though she was not totally familiar with the Celestial charms she did do some research and brought out a retired piece I might be interested in. Loved the piece and in my price range so I bought it. She thanked me for helping her learn about a new collection and invited me back as more product was coming in.

Customer Service was great, I got asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in the store, and there was someone available to help me with my purchase. I walked in not sure on what to buy but the assistance I got helped me make up my mind.
