Store & employees were great. The merchandise didn't seem not to be up to date or plentiful. We're out of books. Probably due to Christmas.

There is always room for improvement. I was given good service but not grand service. I will say that in the past I have had some bad experiences and my last 2 have been ver good.

To be rated highly special I would expect everything to be above and beyond ordinary. Everything was nice but not over the top nice. Sales personnel might make (but not push) suggestions for more items.

Experience in general was very good sales associate was very helpful there was a couple of customers that wanted to hog a certain case that was the only issue

The experience was okay. I was surprised for a outlet they did not have many outlet prices since it was an outlet Pandora. But sales associate was nice and helped.
