The experience as a whole was ok. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that everyone had to wait outside in the cold because only 3 or 4 people were allowed inside the store

If only one person per sales person is allowed in the store then maybe with it being Mother’s Day weekend if they would at least had one more person working it would have been better, especially since it was raining.

short staffed with door locked and no sign or person to reassure that we would be serviced. 3 customers left during the wait to come inside.

I had to wait longer than usual. There was 4 associates. The store was very crowded.

Too expensive! The entire store should have a promotion for Valentines day. Instead, it had only a really small selection of charms on sales.

Some of the associates were not the most welcoming. I felt that too many were focused on helping one customer. The attention/ customer service/ availability could’ve been better dispatched to assist others at the time. I will say that when I was finally helped; I appreciated the assistance.
