Sales assistant was very patient. Store had a nice selection of items. The store was very clean.

The wait to get into the store. It was only two people in the store, and four associates, and we waited 20 minutes to go in.

The reason why I wasn’t Highly Satisfied is because Pandora should carry a better selection in larger sizes in rings. They only had a very few selections in the size 10.25

The first sales associate just walked away and left me waiting, like she never stated to service me to help complete my purchase. However the last associate who helped me did an awesome job and got me squared away.

I had a birthday code I received through email which I was hoping to use it but before I was ready to pay I told her I would like to use my birthday code and she told me she couldn’t use it because it was a code and not a barcode. What’s the point of the code if I can’t even use it.

I waited almost 6 minutes before actually being assisted or helped. Thank you to Assistant Manager, Jordan for taking the initiative to notice I hadn't been helped and switched associates to take care of me.
