My visit to Pandora today was fast and efficient. I visited to purchase a specific gift and Carla G. was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to locate the charm that I asked for without any issues.

Carla helped me before during Christmas time. She is able to find and demo the design I had in mind. She is very patient as I take a long time to decide what I wanted.
