She took the time to help me get and didn't pressure me to making a decision, but rather gave me plenty of options. She went above and beyond wrapping the gift and adding an extra gift Candle stick to the purchase free of charge. I really appreciate her customer service and friendly, genuine willingness to help! I am sure to come back to this store again, very soon!

When I went Otto look at the item on Saturday, the person who helped me was really friendly and we bonded over the love of Disney and the new lion king merchandise. I couldn't purchase it on the Saturday as I didn't get paid yet so she put it on hold for me to pick up on Wednesday.
