I am from out of town celebrating my birthday by doing some shopping in Calgary. I came looking for Mufasa and Dumbo charms, both were out of stock (this was the only issue I had in store). Shirley kindly showed me alternative options and was very knowledgeable about product. Her service was quick and friendly and she made it feel as though I was talking to a friend. I highly value this as a customer. The only reason I am not likely to come back in 90 days is due to living pretty far from Calgary. Keep staff like Shirley N on board and you will always have a customer in me! Thanks for making my birthday shopping fun and easy.
