Jenny F was the one who helped me out, she noticed i couldn’t decide what to get as i was picking a present. She offered wonderful legit suggestions and i was amazed how knowledgeable she was, she knew what sizes, pros and cons of the safety chains and locks, and even what charm looks really pretty on the bracelet and what will look good on my niece. She was really understanding and professional and above all she wasn’t pushy. She was quick and courteous. She really went above and beyond for service at a store that’s really busy( i walked in the store around lunch time and there were about a dozen customers shopping around as well so kudos to her wonderful skills).
