Kate was very helpful and I was in and out in no time. I only had a little bit of time on my lunch break and I was able to get everything done very quickly.

I found whatever i needed with the good assistant of of Pandora store. I feel so welcoming and looking forward to go back again

The Customer service that I received as soon as I walked in the store was excellent, the girl was very friendly and helpful.

The staff here are INCREDIBLE. So quick to service me and even remembered me from my last visit. Jenny was quick to make recommendations and even engaged with my partner, who was decked out in star wars clothing, with some of the items available for him. He's not a jewelry wearer but it was nice that she spoke with both of us. The service here is always so lovely. I was disappointed in the cost of many of the items, which have seemingly SKYROCKETED since my last visit a year ago. It's very disappointing as it seems the product quality is going down, but the prices keep rising. Because of this, I have started to shop at other charm retailers.

It was a very fast interaction. I had picked out what I wanted ahead of time so I really just went in to pick it up and not browse for anything else.

There was not as much variety as I was hoping for. It was fairly satisfactory but not at the level that I would call highly satisfied.

I cannot get pouch bags for my charms and only boxes are offer but they are a bit big for my storage purposes. The Sale rep is pretty firm and not offering any alternative storage solution.

I was very satisfied with my experience. The workers were so kind and showed me everything available in my size. I got the perfect ring for my size.
