I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The number of options were a little less than other stores. Otherwise the overall experience was really good :)

I received a pair of studs as a birthday present from a friend. She bought them in Toronto so my only option was to exchange them for something else. I can't wear studs cause my ears are slightly stretched and I didn't want to risk them falling out. I looked online and found something I liked then went to the store to exchange. I actually had to go to 2 Pandora locations because the manager at the first one refused to exchange them for me cause she saw something on them that looked like it could have been dead skin from someone wearing them previously. I told her I hadn't worn them but she basically called me a liar without actually saying it. I was very upset by this so I just walked out. I looked at the earrings after and couldn't find the skin or whatever it was she said she saw on it. So I went to another location to exchange it, which is where I got the receipt to do this survey. The second location was great and I'm happy I was able to get the earrings I wanted but even the quality of these earrings I got is not great. It doesn't clasp together well and I have to bend the the metal to get it to fit tightly. I spent 20 mins adjusting it and it's still not fitting just right.

The merchandise was sold out online. I only had an online discount code to redeem; therefore I paid about $30 more having to go to the store.

I was shopping for a gift. I was pleased with what was available within the price range that I provided. There just wasn’t anything within my $100 cap that I was over joyed to give. I do like the gift I chose though.

The charms that we like are too pricey. Secondly, limited choices.
