Price and the actual selling price are different. Sales person consulted with me, yet she had no initiative to correct the catelog /price tag. The intense pressure of the sales associates is rather annoying, someone following you around with a tray is too much. The sales people need to relax and not come on so strong. You are not selling plutonium - the hovering over customers like we are all set steal whatever we touch does not make for a comfortable shopping experience. I would suggest asking if someone needs help and if they say yes help them, if they are just looking or browsing leave them alone tell them if they need help to please let you know.

During purchase sales person offered to clean my bracelet. It was the oxidized snake and assorted charms. They striped all the oxidization off and said there was nothing they could do to fix it.

I made a purchase at Chinook Centre this Saturday. I decided I wanted a different item that was sold out at this location so I went to the store at CORE after. The first thing I was surprised about was that I could not exchange or refund my first items until 24 hours later because the receipt would not be able to scan. The employee and manager asked where and when I got them from and even double checked the receipt, noting it was from Chinook. I went ahead and purchased the two new items I want, and i asked again to make sure i could return them tomorrow at this location as long as it was after 24 hours. I was never informed that I had to go back to the original location at Chinook. There is a word limit to this, please contact me for the full encounter
