I went to the store this Monday because of the upcoming promo (40% sale). They have no clue at all. I went back again on Wed and they finally heard about the promo. I asked if they could let me know which items are in the promo and the store manager told me it's everything except the Disney and shine collections. I asked her multiple times to confirm and she said don't worry, it's right. I spent more than 1 hour there to select 9 charms and 3 rings. When I came into the store today, she told me that not everything is on sale. So, she asked a sales rep check individually. 4/9 charms are not on sale and 3/3 rings are not either. I have to re-do the selection and waste another hour in store. For the rings, the available size and style in store is horrible. I have to look for items that have my size first and then ask to rep to check one by one to see if it's on sale. She totally has no clue which ones are and need to have the tablets checking it. I had really bad experience and won't go back anymore. The manager is not telling me the right thing, wasting my time doing selections twice (more than 2 hours) and doesn't even apologize. The sales rep is struggling with the promo.
