I had shopped on line before going to store but had narrowed it down to earrings or ring. Sales associate Carly noticed my earrings and suggested a matching ring which was one I had considered so I tried it and bought it. She was very friendly but great with suggestive selling.

I was highly satisfied because I really felt welcomed and supported by the staff to get exactly what i wanted plus i really appreciated her recommendations
