Yeji’s customer service is superb. She is very pleasant to deal with. She recommended a few options that is within my budget as I was looking for a birthday present for a friend.

Valerie R was very knowledgeable with all the products. Valerie R approach me immediately instead of waiting for me to ask for assistance. Ambiance/setting was great. Loved how there were no streaks or smudged on any of the windows. Overall, cleanliness of this particular store was impeccable.

Sales reps are knowledgeable and friendly. Even with having to get a receipt for the gift I was trying to exchange the sales staff helped and were understanding of the emotional dilemma of telling someone you want to exchange the gift they gave you and that you needed the sales information.

My mom and I felt very welcomed the second we walked in. The sales associate Shena took initiative to help us out. Initially we wanted to only window shop, but Shena went above and beyond to find pieces of jewelry that matched our interests.

I was very satisfied because the sales woman named Jeanine was very helpful in showing me the many different types of rings and the many ways I can pair them with other rings. She was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed in the store.

I love the quality of the merchandise. I also love the options that I have . It’s just not only one pendant, but multiple pendants that give me the best that I want to get.

The sales associate, Lorraine M., was very friendly and brought out a couple sizes for me even though it meant she'd have to wipe them all down because of COVID. This is my first time buying something from Pandora and I never knew that the items weren't all hundreds of dollars. I'd expected everything to be super pricey like at other stores, so I was presently surprised.
