Shena was so nice & patient in helping me choose the new additions to my collection despite my fickle-mindedness! She’s highly skilled in assembling, disassembling, & organizing the charms on my bracelet to make it more symmetric & fluid. Really loved her suggestions & I really appreciate that she really listened to what I wanted.

Jeanie was so kind greeted me right away. I was searching for a ring to stack with a ring that my fiancé gifted me and she found the perfect one immediately.The only con is that my ring size is a 5.5 and I had to get a size 6 instead but with stacking rings, it seems to properly fit. I’ll definitely go back to purchase additional jewelry.

Prices were reasonable. Easy to find something for my young daughter.

Jasmine was very observant and offered to show me more things than I originally was looking at. She was very detail oriented and showed me items that she noticed I would like. She was patient and very friendly. She made sure to make it a point for me to be satisfied with what I was getting.

The assistance I received from Jeanine was great. She was attentive and was able to help me with the items I wanted. I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes!

Great customer service

I was very satisfied with my visit. I went in wanting one item and when I couldn't find it I was shown many other options that were likely to suit me. Jeanine G was extremely helpful and she handled my boyfriend and I very well. She was respectful and most importantly for me she was also funny. She went along with my boyfriend and I's jokes which I greatly appreciated. She is what made my experience at pandora a good one. She deserves a raise !

The store was just opening and we were greeted by a very charming and welcoming salesperson. Valerie was so helpful with showing the Pandora line. So helpful that we actually came back 2 more times today and spent more money each time. She was patient, knowledgable and gave us several options and ideas. You need to know she is an asset to your company and loves the product.
