Jeanine made the experience delightful. She was very polite, kind and eager to help my wife and I. She was knowledgable about all the new charms, we even discuss old charms that are discontinued and others that were extremely unique on my wife’s bracelet. She knew them all!

I’m super into Jewellery and I’m building my collection , The wonderful ladies that work there are super sweet and incredible nice. They all know me and know i’ll be back within a week to buoy you my collection.

The employee that helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient as I was indecisive on what I was going to purchase. She also informed me that I could have my Pandora jewelry cleaned for free and asked if I would like to while I shop. My bracelet and charms looked shiny and new again! I have been to other Pandora locations in the past and this location in Monterey, CA has definitely been my favorite customer service wise. I walked out very happy with the service and my purchase. I look forward to visiting this store again to add to my charm bracelet. If I had to give the employee a score, she would definitely get a 10/10! :)

When we walked in we were greeted with friendly service. The worker there helped me with what I was going to buy charm wise because I had no idea what to get. Overall great staff and good merchandise.
