I love how whimsical, fun, and meaningful the charms are. The environment was friendly and the employees were super helpful. I really appreciated the knowledge that staff members Claudia and Catiel had on the jewelry.

They were really attentive when they were helping me to choose my charms for my bracelet, and even they convinced me to get a pair of earring which I found really beautiful! Never seen anything like that!

Was disappointed they would not take the time to clean our bracelets for us.

i recieved the wrong size ring as a gift. had no receipt.was hoping to exchange exactly the same ring in correct size. nothing was offered to resolve without a receipt. love the ring so had to buy the ring myself in correct size as i felt uncomfortable asking for a receipt as a gift. kept me from making further purchases even to receive free gifts as i was a little upset nothing is offered for wrong sizing on gifts without a receipt. even exchange for correct size seems like a great customer satisfaction option to help make it right.

I had previously made a purchase at another pandora and i had a $10 off of my next $100 purchase, when i tried using the coupon it wouldn’t work, it didn’t end up working so i didn’t get the $10 off but the store manager leah and her employee shena were really nice and tried to help fix the problem

No questions asked about what your like. Just rang up what I found.

I had a great experience, my only recommendation is to offer more selections in smaller sizes. I felt there could be more options in rings 4.5 size

Beautiful store with plenty of holiday bling to choose from. Associates conduct themselves with high professionalism and friendliness and I love that.
