Good service

After leaving the store because I was so excited about the charm, I realized that the associate sold me the necklace she had been wearing!! I'm sure she should of have known that she needed to give me a new necklace and not the one she was wearing especially after looking at the price of it. I was embarrassed to go back and let her know to give me a new one since I left wearing it. She also didn't give me a box/bag to put my necklace away if I had to? The associate was friendly though, but I still wished I had gotten a new necklace :(

The sales representative did not know the inventory of her store. I had to look and find the items I was looking for.

I was not highly satisfied because I was looking for a bracelet in my size and the one I wanted the sales associate said they didn’t have in stock but ended up finding it later on after looking for another bracelet.

Waited 10 minutes outside and it was cold. When I came in the sales associate associate was going to help me right where she had helped someone else without wiping down the counter area. I had to tell her to clean the calendar before I wanted to go there. Frustrating!

there was employees visitors (friends) during this time, conversations were a bit loud. The store is small there for is difficult to have safe distance with others.

I enjoyed my shopping experience very much and the sales associates were kind and very attentive. If I am in the area I will stop by to see what is being sold/sale.

As we entered For associates on the floor to customers being helped third associate in and out of office not acknowledging us fourth associate just standing there watching one of the other associates two people came in the door third associate helped them before us. Jeanine Came out of the office I approached her for her help she was very accommodating and sweet also apologized for us not being helped in a timely matter

Sorry was very satisfied with my whole experience

The store was out of stock on a couple of items I was looking for.
