I went to the store to find a graduation gift. The sales person was not very friendly and did not offer much assistance other than pulling things out of the case that I asked to see. She didn't offer any suggestions other than to say "we have graduation charms". The charm I picked sold itself. I would suggest that you train your staff to learn how to have a conversation with the customers and help offer suggestions. She seemed like she couldn't be bothered to help.
