The Line Was Long, Customer Service Was A Little Dlwl

She didn’t explain about the return policy. everything I got was a final sale after the purchase. never explain that until the sale was over that wasn’t fair everything was explain wrong.

The wait time was about 30minutes, but it was an a busy Sunday in the fashion outlets so that’s understandable. I did feel like I was being hovered over. It made it feel a bit rushed to see all pieces.

Expected a greater choice of Chicago’s highlights charms. May be a bean charm.

I had to wait outside the store for about 15-20 minutes and another 10 minutes inside the store.

It’s was missing sale items and was hard to navigate the collections and choose different items.

A lot of the 50% off merchandise was sold out, but that was my fault for going a little too late to the sale.

Good service and selection

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Purchased it and was out of the store in less than 10 mins.

I was satisfied with the service but not with the product
