Pandora Jewelry

I am a frequent shopper in the Pandora store. I always go in with my mind set on a particular item and leave out with more. I never leave empty handed. The quality of the merchandise, to the customer service is great. My jewelry has never been damaged etc.

The employee was friendly and there was a good selection of items. I will return to buy more charms.

Long wait in line

I like this location because they usually have items not available at other stores. But I couldn’t find the piece I needed and there was no time to order online. Rachel was wonderful and worked really hard to find other options for me. But I ended up settling for something less than ideal. However, I was able to get some Essence pieces. Too bad that’s gone.

Because the price I thought the charm was it wasn’t I didn’t notice it until I purchased it and the associate said it was a final sale item so I couldn’t return or exchange it

I really felt like the sales associate rushed us. She really wasn't friendly at all. No enthusiasm while servicing us!

I just felt the items I had purchased were cute but did not sparkle.

Wasn’t able to move around and look around. Seems like the associates wanted us in and out. Felt rushed....... would have purchased more but....... no time

The wait was too long. The prices too high for certain silver charms and too many workers standing around doing nothing.
