Store associates was not friendly at all. No hello no Thank u no anything . I love pandora so I was excited about my purchase but this store was not at all friendly or welcoming to me.

Long line outside store. 1st time buying for myself, so I feel I might have needed more time. Didn't feel I had time to check everything. Maybe next time.

Upon looking at my email from pandora coupon stated buy two charms get one free but that only if you are using your pandora card

Store was clean. The wait time wasn’t so bad. Sales person made great recommendations.

There was a line outside the store. I understand it was because of COVID so it wasn’t too bad. Also I found out I could’ve gotten the same bracelet cheaper at another store.

I wet into the store looking for pandora pearl earrings, none to be found!

I felt like since it was an outlet store the prices should have been more reasonable. I thought that a few items were definitely overpriced. I'm currently comparing them to other stores to see if I need to return my items within 30 days.

I was previously at this location, looking for the exact charms I bought today. I was told previously that they didn’t have them, even though it indicated online that they did. It’s not possible that they received them later because they were last chance charms. I’m irritated that I had to come back to buy said beads as this store is not close to my home, and requires tolls to get to.

The sale wasn’t a sale like the email I got everything I purchased wasn’t on sale & one item before I purchased the sale person told me it was on sale but when I checked out it wasn’t on sale

When approached we were put on a wait list of an hour but people were assisted before their actual time slot. I did like the ability to walk around and I ended up spending about the same amount of time as told. However I feel as though some people did skip. Just personal opinion
