The wait was extremely long and the sales associates was not knowledgeable.

I was not able to find everything I was looking to buy today. I was hoping for another ring, which was not in stock and more charms/safety chains to choose from.

The length of time you had to wait in line when there was enough staff to take care of customers while others stand around chatting

I spent $350 on merchandise but was offered no freebies

Because the work was disrespectful.the work did really want to help or asking questions.items was not in shock and didn’t know about Christmas iteams

Under the circumstances, I understand that their would be a wait time, however, it was a big long of a wait to get in the store. The girl up front greeting however was very nice and put effort to make a conversation. The associate who assisted me in picking out my jewelry was not too nice though.

In the past years you were able to see all the charms on display. Now it seems like only so many are in the showcase. Then the sales associate has to put that tray away, lock it, unlock another cabinet to get different trays. Hard to browse. It takes away from the “hunt” factor when building a bracelet. I think this would be the same for a novice buyer. Stores used to have catalogs you could look at, those are gone. Maybe figure out a way to display charms outside of the case. These stores are small, so if a guest is at the counter working with an associate, you can’t see what is in that case.

Two of the reps i encounter they were rude, had slight attitudes when I asked a product that i purchased, and wanted to return. Eyes were rolled and all, I make a weekly visit here, will try another store. Very disappointed with this location

Since it was an outlet, I wasn't able to find what I was looking for. Next time I will go to a Regular Store in order to find what I was looking for.

Very beautiful selection
