I was able to get my items cleaned quickly am there very shiny. I was happy with my purchase for the polish cloth for the rings as well.

Staff barely acknowledged my presence.

I didn’t see a big selection of charms

I was very satisfied with the service, however I will not be returning because we were there weeks ago. So I've reached my spending limit for the year.

Wasn’t highly satisfied because they didn’t really have much charms that’s i liked also they couldn’t clean my bracelet which I was told that if I brought it in they will be able to clean it.

The waiting process wasn’t fully explained & I had to wait over 45 minutes to see a sales associate after being text my time would be soon.

Because a lot of people do you have to give your phone number and then they text you but If you don’t have American number the can’t text you you have to do international

The only thing that i am not given a highly satisfied is because the personal do not show any sales like in the cheaper prices or options where you can buy something more cheap

They give you a time frame to wait and instead of minutes it was 2 hours just thankful i was able to do some other shopping
