Could've been better

the sales associate ignored my friend and i when we were trying to get her attention. was very standoffish with us too.

Long line. Long wait time. What I was looking for wasn’t at that location

There was confusion about signing in at the entrance. There was a podium there and had a sign in sheet, but there was no one manning it when I entered. I asked an associate if it was okay to walk in, or if I needed to sign in. I was told I could just walk in. It wasn't until other people had been signed in 10 minutes later that I realized I had to sign in. It felt on the brink of being over crowded considering we had to distance ourselves. I do appreciate them taking the time to clean the jewelry and store regularly. It was nice seeing the associates sanitize the jewelry after a customer touches it.

I wasn’t satisfied because I ordered a bracelet during the pandemic. The bracelet was to small and I needed a bigger size in the same bracelet. The store didn’t have any and I had to pay the difference between my bracelet and the one’s they had available. I wanted my bracelet that I purchase in a bigger size not have to pick a different bracelet and pay extra. I don’t think it was fair. The lady told me in order to get my bracelet I had in a bigger size I had to send it back and wait for them to send another but why when I waited almost a month to get my first order. This crazy to me.

The charm that I wanted was not available. Even though they did a great selection.They didn’t have the one I wanted.

Some items were out of stock, others were not available in my size.
