Pandora associates did not showed the latest designs, they are showing just what I am asking for, it would be nice if they inform about new arrivals.

The sales associate Vanessa C. that assisted my friends and I was very helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. But the other 2 sales associates at the store asked my friends and I if we wanted to look at something, handed us a book to look through and walked away and never came back but kept looking at us. The manager went to look for a cleaning cloth and fabric bag (she told me it would cost $5) for the bracelet I purchased and came out but did not come back to let us know if they had either one and I received it for free at the Oakbrook store. I’ll visit the Harlem Irving and Oakbrook mall locations. Sales people were rude but not Vanessa. Vanessa even told us about ordering online too; she’s the best.

The first sales associate was not pleasant at all. The second sales associate was trying to work with to many customers at the same time so I didn’t really get that one on one interaction. I can there for nine charms and they only had three of the nine.

The sales associate was a little too pushi in trying to get me to buy way more when I had told her several times that I couldn't. That made it a little uncomfortable.

The sales associate was very willing to help us create a bracelet for my daughter. We needed to see what our options were and what would be best for a 6 year old. She explained to us the different options and which one would be best. She helped us look for beads that would be meaningful to my daughter.

I purchased a pair of earrings and another charm for my bracelet. This location is an outlet so we were not able to view the flat bracelet because the outlet stores are a year beyond on the new merchandise. That is understandable and that is why I was not highly satisfied. Please trust that me and my sisters had a great experience at this location and the sales associate was awesome.

I had to approach associates for assistance,there were quite a few associates staanding around but I still had to approach them first. My ethnicity probably influenced the situation possibly due to preconceived notions and biases. Overall the service was acceptable and satisfactory, however, it was not exceptional.
