I was satisfied no complaint

My experience was very helpful

Upon arrival I was greeted by Aj, sales associate. From the beginning he was very friendly and patient with me. I was a little upset about not finding the charms I was looking for but he was super helpful in finding some alternative charms.

The sales associates was rude. I undestand it was black friday but she was not helpfull explaining your merchandize return card use and also when I asked her to pay with a different card.

Just recently made a big purchase, I probably won't have to return soon. If I do return it will be for there discounted charm collection.

Decided to visit an OUTLET store assuming pricing would be affordable which to my surprise wasn't. ALL of the charms on sale were not available. Wasted my time and gas going to an outlet store than visiting a local store.

There was no problem with the store it was just busy

I found the charms I wanted quick. Earnings were a little more trouble because the associate wasn’t too helpful in what I was asking for. The bracelet she said was for an adult size wrist was not true, will be getting returned.

It was a quick visit to the store. I choose what I wanted, bought it and left. It was a satisfying exchange
