The associate did not explain much more on items or show us stuff in the store..

I had a stroller and found it difficult to move further than 15 feet into the store due to small aisles and the store was a little crowded. The sales lady was very nice but didn't know much about the products and the checkout process was very slow since she didn't know what she was doing. I was at your store in Orland park several weeks ago and waited for about 20 minutes and couldn't get waited on. Sales associates took some other customers before me, there should be some number system in place to make sure people get assistance in the order they arrived in the store

I was highly satisfied because this was a outlet store with retired charms. This was my first time at this store and was excited to see which charms were available. Although i thought i would see older charms that had been retired, i did locate 3 charms that went with my cream color scheme. I wish I could see some of the charms that were out before I started collecting which was two years ago.

The store didn't have a big selection of items. I expected more charms. I also, expected more deals because I was at an outlet store.

The store is nice, and the customer service was good. But because it is a out let store, it doesn't have new collections. And these was also less choices to pick.

I didn't experience a problem, wait was longer than I expected. Had to sign in just to talk to someone. Would have been a better first experience during a less busy time, but I understand that the promotion brought a lot of people in.
