Was told order was ready to pick up and it wasn’t. when they were preparing the order, the did not have the sizes I wanted. Had to wait half an hour when I shouldn’t have if they would’ve been true to my order being ready.

I was not satisfied with my purchase because it felt that the sales associate was rushing us to pick something and never asked if we were looking for something else.

Associate broke my bracelet. I received a replacement but I would have preferred to have kept my bracelet. She wasn’t careful taking a charm out and broke the clasp.

The sales associate was not rude but she greatly lacked some customer service and sales skills. She didn't engage in conversation unless I asked her something. I guess I'm used to Pandora associates being very friendly, giving suggestions and going out of their way to show any items. Again, she wasn't rude at all, but she can really improve in sales skills. Also, some of the retired pieces were very tarnished. I saw about 3 or 4 associates just standing around, I think the store can organize themselves better and use some staff to upkeep some of the jewelry and have it cleaned so it looks more appealing to customers.

The sales rep we had was very rude. Questions we asked she answered as if she was annoyed by us. Her attitude just stunk for being in a retail environment
