I went to purchase a gift for my wife. They had a sale going, and I told the lady if I could have the bracelet that was on sale, she gave it to me and was charging me full price when they had the sale price next to the item. I told her the price is there and it says that bracelet is that price. She told me yes that’s what it said but someone put the wrong price. I told her it’s wasn’t my fault they did that and I took a picture of the price an everything. I ended buying my wife the Disney one with a charm but they should of could of at least told me in a better way or something about the problem. She was getting mad when I was telling her about the price of the other one

I personally did not like that I needed to complete a form just to get in the store. My hands were full of shopping bags and it was just an inconvenience to customers in general just to make the check out process easy for the staff. It shouldn’t be an inconvenience on the customer at all.

The sales associate, Alessandra, was very pushy in getting us to buy things. When she asked what brought us in to Pandora, we knew exactly why we were there but she insisted on us buying extras. And when we declined, she asked why not. It seemed she was more worried about the sale than getting us what we needed.

Even though they were attendants free and able to help nobody approached my daughter to assist her. Both my daughters and myself waited around for too long.
