All I wanted was to replace a bracelet and I had to wait an hour to do so!! The wait was too long.It took me 5 to 7 minutes to make my purchase after waiting all that time. A better system needs to be in place.

I had to wait in line for an hour and 30 minutes the sale representative was kind of pushy on getting a charm for my necklace she also told me the necklace that I wanted what's $60 then turned around and said that the necklace was $137 when it was time for me to purchase I didn't like that so I had to get another one she had a look on her face like she didn't want to be bothered

My salesperson Lena, did not mention to me that the merchandise that I was purchasing was not returnable or exchangeable. Had I known this I would have been more selective with my purchase and would have only gotten what I came in the store for. Now I have to make a whole new purchase instead of exchanging for the charms that I need to make my bracelet complete. Very upset at this point, I spent too much on something that I cannot exchange. I really wish she had told be about the policy before I spent my money. She made sure to tell me about the survey and to mention her name, but not one time mentioned the return policy on clearance items. I just so happen read my receipt and confirmed by calling the store. WILL NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!! So not happy with you guys now.

there was a promotion station any purchase over $125 you could get one charm. We spend over $180 and when I asked about the charm the sales woman said because I got a 30% discount I would not qualify for that. Very misleading.

A lot of retired items weren’t there at the outlet, like I had expected it to be, also the prices were kind of high, almost like bing at a regular store. Then there was this customer who was all over my showcase, whatever the sales lady would show me, she was right there. Just rude, couldn’t wait for her turn.

Associate wasn’t very friendly. Felt like I was bothering her. I was having trouble with putting on & taking off my bracelet. Instead of her helping me & maybe giving me pointers on how to do the clasp, she just kept staring at me. I felt like she was judging me when she should have been trying to help me. No smiles.

I've had this person before, when you walk in she may be helping another person and cuts the new person off and send them to do other things.
