The knowledge of the sales associate. I would ask a question and instead of answering it she will be like do you want me to put this aside? Or simply would say I don't know.

I seemed to be disrupting the sales ladies conversation. She was not personable at all and wanted to be done with me right away.

The store is so unwelcoming. They treat you like you're a thief, which is so uninviting. I kept asking to see certain pieces and she would not take out a single tray for me to view. Each time I asked her about a charm, she'd walk away, check a tray, talk to another set of customers before coming back to me. It just took much longer than it should have and I didn't have much time to begin with.

The store was under staffed and the wait was way over a half and hour. It was terrible. No where to sit or stand.

There's a Tiana rose gold and silver pendant that you guys have at your outlets and there was no way to purchase from outlet to outlet or for them to transfer the item to the other outlet so I would not have to drive to Wisconsin to get the item I will spend more in gas

One of the items was marked 31.00 she told me it was marked wrong it was a higher price! When I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager. She said she couldn't change the price to the price it was marked even though it was lower! Not happy with her decision, won't be going to that store again! They lost my business!

Customers were asked to line up outside of the store in order to be given a chance to put their names on the list. A few minutes before closing, after a few customers infront of me had been in line for 30 minutes, the manager came out rudely and said that they would no longer be seeing those in the line outside. We asked if at least the customer infront of us who had been waiting for a while can be let inside the store and the manager rudely said no. Manager was not friendly, seemed frustrated and did not react appropriately to the situation at hand. We were the second in line outside the store and my boyfriend begged if we could please just make our exchange (we needed a dif size for an in stock item according to the website). The manager rudely held us in line the outside and asked to see my receipt and item before even letting me in, it was just a bad experience and I didn’t expect to ge treated this way this close to the warmest holiday.

I fully understand that they wanted to move people along, however, my associate was completely disinterested and not even friendly. I had to ask twice for what I was specifically looking for and she didn’t make any suggestions. She also dropped the charm I was purchasing and it was the only one left- I was never shown it to see if it was damaged- she didn’t use a tray, just held my selections and played around with them in her finger. Not the care I usually see.

The sale rep was not friendly at all. It was like she didn't want to be there. She was very dry and uninterested in trying to Satisfy us and making a sale.

My daughter and niece were looking at jewelry and one of the associates kept saying who are they with? They can’t be in here. To which I responded they are with me do we have a problem. And she walked away.
