The initial sales associate pointed me to the last chance cases and never returned to assist me. I just stood around until another associate helped me. That's is the first time I've experienced that and I hope I don't experience it again.

Everyone was talking nobody asked can I help you .. and the person that assisted me was very rude not even put on the charms on bracelet or on me …. Not a good experience I always go there never had this experience

It seems like the sales person wasn’t to excited to help us…. And didn’t quite answer all the questions my mother in law had.Not a great impression for being a 1st time Pandora buyer.

Immediately upon entering the store I was asked if I needed help. At that point 4-5 associates stood in a clump behind the wrap loudly chatting about their social situations. I was handed a tablet to fill out info, it's was dirty. I hated touching it. The associate reached over me several times to press buttons. I was very aware of what info I was entering, I was taking longer bc I was trying to not freak about the disgusting tablet I was touching. The whole experience grossed me out. I was taught never to invade someone's space without asking. I wanted to walk out of the store without completing the purchase at this point bc it was just gross and rude.

I'm extremely disappointed in some of the pieces I own. I have 2 floral pieces that were white when I bought them and now they're cream colored, lost all their luster. I also have a charm "L O V E D" dangle, which is completely broken and tarnished. Each letter has gotten snagged on something and the chain was so thin, the letters/chain just snapped off. I'm just really disappointed in some of the quality of the pieces I own. Not to mention that in the store, I saw the L O V E D dangle charm and it was almost double what I paid for it 2 years ago! I feel it should be replaced under warranty, but of course, Pandora isn't standing behind their product.

There were multiple sales associates not helping anyone. I had to request assistance from one of them and she had an attitude. She was literally making me feel rushed and under valued as a customer.

The associate did not inform me that I could get 2 free bracelets from promo because I spent 250 and used a $10 coupon and it prevented me from getting my 2nd bracelet and she said nothing, she wasn't a good sales person to me.

The Sales associated told me a retired bracelet was 40 dollars then changed the price to 65 ten minutes later
