I was there to pick up an online order. It was 4 associates helping customers. When one associate was done instead of calling me in she went to the back and stayed back there. Leaving me and two other customers waiting for the next associate to finish.

Our sales associate was not helpful at all and did not seem like they wanted to tend to us. They didn’t show us the ring sizes when asked and had to get another sales associate to help us.

The sales associate needs to learn to listen to her customer. She was not very knowledgeable of the items we were looking for and lied about certain items we asked about. If this was my first time shopping I would not have ever come back to shop again.

The amount of product was not up to.the standard of what I have come to expect from Pandora. And the staff didn't really want to show us much products. And I just noticed my charm looks used and beat up. It is a final sale product so now I can not exchange it.

The item was defective, Pandora discontinued the product. I had the orginal receipt and Pandora wouldn't honor the original dollar value paid for item. Manager stated they could only honor current value price. I lost $50 of orginal purchased price.

Ordered item at Howthorn, didn’t have item in store but said Rosemont did. She said she will call for me and put one on hold. Called Rosemont and was told that no order was put in. I had to reordered it.

The sales associate was not friendly. She did not show any interest in wanting to help me. She did not offer any assistance in showing me merchandise. She seemed bothered and just wanted to move quickly through the sale.
