Porque la persona que me atendió se portó muy amable y ella me mostraba algo igual alo que yo buscaba y me mostraba lo nuevo que tenían y para mi eso fue Mucha amabilidad🙂

Las mujeres que están en la tienda no son amables, lo tratan a una como de mala gana, como que no tienen ganas de trabajar , como que una fuera a pedirles gratis, una va a comprar , pagamos por productos y servicios... muy altaneras la mayoría de mujeres que trabajan en todas las tiendas Pandora. Yo y mi familia compramos el producto por que nos gusta mucho , pero el servicio al cliente es pésimo muy malo !!

Sales associate was not very knowledgeable. The sales associate kind of gave attitude along with frustration being showed. Sales associate stated oh this is all we have but I knew what I was looking for because I had just arrived to the rosemont location after being at the woodfield location. I have been to the Rosemont location hoping to have the same sales associate that previously helped me but she was not there. Unfortunately this experience was not the best.

Because the Mgt I guess that what she was took the clerk Jackie that was taking care of me and had her wait on someone else. That wasn’t professional she not Jackie she didn’t say anything to me like she have to interpret I need her for an important job. No I work in retail she should’ve finish with me then took care of the next customer. If that was me I would’ve waited til she finish with her customer. I guess color matter I was very upset but didn’t show it cause it wasn’t Jackie fault it was whoever the lady was that told her to go take care of the other customer. Please let them know that Good Customer Service is making sure the a Customer is satisfy before moving on.

This is an outlet store but only a few items were at a discounted price. There were only two items available of what i was looking for. The salesperson alsontried to discome from purchasing from other websites and then she left in the middle of visit and another person took over. She did not finish serving me. The salesperson helping my daughter gave misleading information about Pandoras return policy

I wanted to do an exchange of the charms I got for a different set but instead of being accommodating, the sales associate refused to give me the current promotion for an exchange and that I will have to make a new purchase to qualify for the promotion. I was very disppointed because I walked out without getting any charms and just got a refund instead. The sales associates was much more accommodating and willing to help me much better at the woodfield location. I don't know if I would want to return to the location at fashion outlet from here on.

I first was assisted by Vanessa who was rude and did not make me feel valued as a customer. She acted as if she did not want to assist me. She didn’t ask me what I came in for. Didn’t offer suggestions and pretty much treated me like I was bothering her. I was shopping with my mother who was also purchasing. I had to leave the store to retrieve a bracelet that need cleaning from my vehicle and Vanessa continued to assist my mom. The service she gave my mom and the service she offered me was completely different. I eventually had someone assist me.

I was choosing some charms and took longer than expected. The salesperson who was helping me seemed very impatient and unwilling to help. Later, I purchased some charms, and spended almost $140. After I left the store, I regretted buying it and was not happy since their service was bad to the point that I wanted to return everything I just got, even though I really liked the charms. I could've gotten nothing, but did since the salesperson "helped" me for so long, and seemed annoyed. Never had this kind of experience at any other store. Most likely returning the charms I got soon! Very disappointed!!

I was at the Rosemont out shopping when I noticed that a pandora was there so went in looking to add some charms to my bracelet there was a wait so when my name was called I felt very rushed and when I wanted to moved to another case to see other charms she went to the front and was starting to call another name I did mention this to several other associates but nothing was done this was the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping at pandora

They sold me a display ring which it was a lil bend then they tell me its like that ...which they lies then the manager got the nerve to tell me its a display ring after they cahed mr out ...and thst i have to pay a full price even is it in the display per pandora policy.....wow
