The employee with the name of Eva or Evelina was very rude. It seemed like she didn’t even want to help me out at all. It was almost like I was forcing her to show me charms. I asked for a couple of items that she said they didn’t have and that I found within the store. So unprofessional. And all the other employees are just as rude. One employee was even mocking me! I will be shopping at other locations because I had a horrible experience!

sales associate was not knowledgeable of weather discounts or coupons can be applied to certain purchases. Couldn’t use my military discount nor my birthday coupon. Not even one of those.

The associates were more into their conversation instead of helping out the customer maybe next time they should focus more on helping out the customer rather than their own conversation!

The person who takes care of us made us wait more than half an hour. Then we had to wait longer to make a change. The attention was terrible just to see our appearance maybe but it does not justify focusing on people who are well dressed and the others try to discriminate against us.

I work customer services at a retail store and I did not appreciate the service I received. The sales associate did not have positive attitude. In fact, I felt extremely rushed even though, there was still a while until close. Right before I paid I was informed that the item would be final sale. This would’ve been good to know before I chose the item.

No me dieron el resibo de regalo al querer cambiar la talla del producto no fue suficiente con el n. De orden necesitaban el correo con la imagen de los productos y la persona pudo enterarse el precio del regalo

The staff was very rude and helpless. Very disappointed with the service since I also work for customer services department. When you asked questions, they’re making face. So unprofessional.

And the other associate that came out to help me she was rushing me she was not trying to help either they came from out the back talking to each other before they start to help me I was just standing there they were just rude
