I had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to enter the store. There were only 3 salespeople working at the time. I knew what i was looking for and was quickly able to make my purchase and leave. I spent more time waiting in line just to enter the store than to make my purchase. I will not be shopping here again and have let my friends and family know.

I came in to exchange a charm that I purchased at another store. I was told by the other store to simply bring back the charm and this location could exchange it as I was interested in a charm that only this store carried. I brought in my bracelet with the charm that I purchased yesterday and was told by Rachel that the next time the charm must be in a bag or box as it can not be worn which I completely understand however the previous store told me to bring it in like that. I explained this to her and told her that I had no idea as I don't purchase a lot of Pandora and it was a gift. She then felt the need to provide me with a comparison telling me "it's like if you buy a shirt from a store and wear it and then come back and return it". That was uncalled for and quite unprofessional on her part. While I understand that there are policies in place that comment was unnecessary. All she had to do is advise me that this is the store's policy and that is it. Instead she proceeded with a comment that quite frankly made me not want to proceed with the exchange and walk out. The only reason I stayed is because the charm that was in this store was the one my daughter wanted originally.

Bracelet broke still under warranty couldn’t find transaction even though I know it’s there and sales pushing me to spend 150.00 in charms to get free new bracelet not allowing the warranty return.

Sales associate seemed unhappy and even annoyed. She felt the need to explain to me that usually customers wait outside until invited inside, without knowing her coworker invited me Into the store. A White woman In front of me was however greeted with a smile and even a “welcome in” after she just walked in the store. I will never spend another dime in Pandora Rosemont. Black customers matter too.

I purchased several pieces of jewelry, $267, from the Rosemont Store, and was NOT informed that my purchases were Last Chance, and final purchases. Unaware I tried to return one item, as I did not like it to the Orland Park Mall Pandora store. The Manager and sales person, did not accept the item and refused to at least try to remedy my concerns. I have purchased $1,000 worth of charms, bracelets, jewelry. I am very very displeased with the outcome of this matter!!

Went into store knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase and for additional potential purchases. The associate was not personable AT ALL. I told her I was going to make the purchase of the ring. And was still going to browse, she rang out the purchase boxed/bagged the item and said have good day. And basically felt like I was no longer wanted in the store.. I turned my back to the display case of last chance items to tell her I wanted the bracelet as well and she was already with another customer.. I walked out highly disappointed, unwanted as a customer and without complete the purchases I wanted.

I had an issue with an online order and wanted to come into the store to get my issues resolved. As a first time customer, I purchased a bracelet and charms for my mother for Christmas however the bracelet was broken. I purchased these items during the cyber Monday sale. When I came into this store, I could not exchange my original bracelet because it was out of stock. With this being said, I had to purchase a new bracelet (without the cyber Monday sale) and I asked to exchange my charms because it did not match the new bracelet. As I proceed to ask the manger she told me I could not exchange my charms because they were worn however it was not. Christmas was only 1 1/2 weeks ago so how is that possible? The manger then even proceed to find the exact same charm and compared it to my charm as if I was lying to her. I was extremely embarrassed and humiliated in the store. I was in pandora for 2 hours with no resolution. As mentioned, I am a first time customer but based on this experience, I don’t think I will no longer shop with pandora. I hope someone with GREAT customer service contact me and do what is appropriate in this case.
